By making a purchase on cotechicswimwear.com, you agree to the terms set out below.

General
CÔTE CHIC. is a brand of Amaxed VOF, based in the Netherlands. We sell premium men's swim shorts through our online store.

Orders

• Orders are processed on business days.
• After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation by email.
• We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as a product being sold out. In that case, you will be informed immediately and refunded in full.

Prices
All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout.

Liability
CÔTE CHIC. is not liable for damage resulting from improper use of products. Our liability is limited to the purchase amount of the order.

Governing Law
All agreements are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
