Shipping costs
- Netherlands: €5.00, free on orders of €75.00 and above
- Rest of Europe: €10.00
- International (outside Europe): €14.00
Delivery time
Orders placed on business days before 5:00 PM (CET) are processed the same day. Estimated delivery times:
- Netherlands: 1–3 business days
- Rest of Europe: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Your order is shipped with a recognized parcel carrier, and you'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Customs, duties & taxes (orders outside the EU)
For orders shipped outside the EU, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply on arrival. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your country's customs rules before ordering.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)
As a customer in the EU, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. After notifying us of your return, you have a further 14 days to send the item back.
Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- The product must include all original tags and packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, swimwear can only be returned if the protective hygiene seal is still intact.
You are permitted to inspect and try on the item as you would in a physical store. However, if the item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to assess it, we reserve the right to deduct an amount for any diminished value.
How to return an item
Returns are quick and easy. You can arrange everything yourself, and no account is needed.
- Go to cotechicswimwear.com/apps/parcelpanel-returns/
- Enter your order number and the email address you used for your order.
- Select the item you'd like to return and choose a reason.
- You'll receive confirmation with return instructions by email.
- Send the item back to the address provided in those instructions.
Exchanges (e.g. a different size)
We currently process exchanges manually. If you'd like a different size, start a return as described above and select "wrong size" as the reason, noting the size you would like instead. Once we receive your returned item, we'll send out the replacement. If your preferred size is unavailable, we'll refund you instead. The cost of returning the original item is your responsibility; we cover the cost of shipping the replacement to you.
Return costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For orders shipped outside the EU, any import duties or taxes already paid are non-refundable.
Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us at info@cotechicswimwear.com as soon as possible, including a photo where relevant. In these cases you are entitled to a free replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs you incurred. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days using the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
